The inner and outer layers of the multilayer composite nylon tube are made from PA11 or PA12, with a polyester wire reinforcement in the middle. It is produced through a composite extrusion process. The product complies with the SAE J844B standard requirements. In addition to possessing the various performance advantages of a single-layer nylon tube, particularly improved explosion pressure and wear resistance, the product is thus safer and more reliable. It is widely applicable to automotive and construction machinery’s braking systems and fuel system piping.
