Product Description
This DOH150 Fuel & Diesel Oil Suction And Discharge Hosea, specifically designed for fuel, diesel, and petroleum-based products. It supports both pressure delivery and vacuum suction, making it ideal for tank truck loading/unloading, oil depot transfers, and industrial oil handling. The hose features an NBR (nitrile rubber) inner tube and an NBR+CR blend cover, with a reinforcement layer consisting of high-strength textile plies, a spiral steel wire, and an anti-static copper wire. The construction is robust, pressure-resistant, and collapse-resistant. The hose complies with HG/T2540-93 standard, with a safety factor of 3:1 and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 80°C. It meets the strict safety and reliability requirements of the petrochemical industry.
Anti-Static Protection
A continuous anti-static copper wire is embedded in the hose to effectively dissipate static electricity generated during fuel transfer, preventing sparks and reducing the risk of fire or explosion. The spiral steel wire provides both anti-static grounding and structural support, ensuring safe suction and discharge operations.
Excellent Suction & Discharge Performance
Unlike standard transfer hoses, this product is capable of full vacuum service. It withstands positive pressure for discharge as well as negative pressure during suction without collapsing, ensuring stable and continuous fluid transfer.
Broad Oil Compatibility
The hose can handle petroleum products with aromatic content up to 50%, including gasoline, diesel, kerosene, mineral oil, biodiesel, and lubricating oil. It is suitable for refineries, tank trucks, oil depots, and various industrial applications.
Superior Weather and Abrasion Resistance
The NBR+CR blend cover offers excellent oil resistance, abrasion resistance, ozone resistance, and aging resistance. Whether used indoors or outdoors, in cold or hot conditions, the hose maintains stable performance in harsh industrial environments.
