Our HW150 EPDM steam hose and hot water hose are engineered to deliver exceptional performance in high-temperature fluid transfer applications. Manufactured with premium EPDM rubber for both tube and cover, reinforced with high tensile textile cord, these hoses offer superior durability and reliability in demanding industrial environments. With an impressive working temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and a 4:1 safety factor, our industrial steam hose meets GB118692 standards, ensuring consistent performance and peace of mind for your operations. Available in a comprehensive range of sizes from 6mm to 102mm inner diameter, our high temperature steam hose is designed to accommodate diverse flow requirements across multiple industries.
The EPDM steam hose features excellent heat resistance, maintaining its structural integrity and flexibility even at continuous temperatures up to 150°C. This makes it ideal for applications involving hot water and low-pressure steam transfer, where other rubber materials would degrade rapidly.
Constructed with a robust high tensile textile cord reinforcement layer, our hot water hose provides excellent burst resistance and tensile strength. The seamless EPDM tube and cover offer superior resistance to weathering, ozone, and UV radiation, ensuring long service life even in outdoor installations.
With a 4:1 safety factor, our industrial hot water hose is designed to handle unexpected pressure spikes without failure. This significantly reduces the risk of hose rupture and associated workplace accidents, protecting your personnel and equipment.
Available in 13 standard sizes with lengths up to 100 meters, our steam transfer hose can be customized to meet your specific application requirements. The flexible design allows for easy installation in tight spaces and around equipment, minimizing downtime during setup and maintenance.

Our automotive hot water hose and cleaning equipment steam hose find extensive use across various industries:
Automotive manufacturing: For engine cooling systems and hot water circulation lines
Industrial cleaning equipment: In pressure washers and steam cleaning machines
Food and beverage processing: For hot water transfer in cleaning and sanitation systems
HVAC systems: In heating and cooling installations
Chemical processing: For transfer of non-corrosive hot fluids
Textile industry: In dyeing and finishing processes
The HW150 high temperature steam hose is designed for continuous operation at temperatures up to 150°C. It can withstand intermittent temperature spikes slightly above this range, but prolonged exposure will reduce service life.
Yes, our EPDM steam hose is suitable for low-pressure steam transfer applications up to 10 bar working pressure. For higher pressure steam applications, we recommend our specialized high-pressure steam hose products.
Standard lengths are 100 meters (328 feet) for hoses with inner diameter up to 25mm, and 61 meters (200 feet) for larger sizes. Custom lengths and cut-to-order services are available upon request.
The EPDM construction provides good resistance to many common chemicals, including water, dilute acids, and alkalis. However, it is not recommended for use with petroleum-based products, oils, or solvents. For these applications, please refer to our fuel and oil hose range.
