The most significant advantage of our low temperature resistant hoses is their ability to maintain flexibility and structural integrity at temperatures ranging from -55°C to -100°C. Unlike standard hydraulic hoses that become stiff and brittle in cold weather, our hoses remain flexible, preventing cracking and ensuring reliable operation even in the most extreme arctic conditions.
Our cold climate hydraulic hoses are compatible with a wide range of hydraulic fluids, including glycol, mineral oil, lubrication oil, emulsion, and hydrocarbons. This broad compatibility makes them suitable for use in various hydraulic systems across different industries.
The D1SN series features single steel wire braid reinforcement, offering working pressures up to 25.0 MPa, while the D2SN series with double steel wire braid reinforcement provides working pressures up to 41.5 MPa. This high pressure resistance ensures reliable performance in demanding hydraulic applications.
Both the inner and outer layers of our low temperature fluid transfer hoses are made from high-quality synthetic rubber with excellent low temperature resistance. The steel wire braid reinforcement provides additional strength and durability, ensuring long service life even in harsh operating conditions.
