The DOH150 anti-static fuel hose and diesel oil hose are purpose-built for safe and efficient transfer of petroleum-based fuels and oils. Featuring a nitrile rubber (NBR) tube and NBR-CR blend cover, reinforced with high tensile textile cord and integrated copper wire for static dissipation, these hoses deliver reliable performance in fuel handling applications. With a working temperature range of -20°C to 80°C and a 3:1 safety factor, our industrial fuel hose complies with HG/T2540-93 standards, ensuring compliance with industry safety regulations. Available in sizes from 6mm to 102mm inner diameter, our diesel transfer hose is the preferred choice for fuel distributors, equipment manufacturers, and industrial facilities worldwide.
The NBR fuel hose features exceptional resistance to gasoline, diesel, and other petroleum-based products. The seamless nitrile tube prevents fuel permeation and degradation, ensuring long-term performance and minimizing environmental contamination.
Our static dissipative fuel hose incorporates a continuous copper wire throughout its length, effectively dissipating static electricity generated during fluid transfer. This critical safety feature prevents sparking and reduces the risk of fire and explosion in fuel handling operations.
The NBR-CR blend cover provides excellent resistance to abrasion, weathering, and ozone damage. This makes our diesel oil hose suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations, even in harsh industrial environments.
With a working pressure of 20 bar (300 psi) and burst pressure of 60 bar (900 psi), our high pressure fuel hose can handle the demands of high-volume fuel transfer operations. The robust textile cord reinforcement ensures dimensional stability and prevents hose expansion under pressure.

Our fuel transfer hose and diesel delivery hose are widely used in various industrial and commercial applications:
Fuel distribution: For bulk fuel transfer between storage tanks and delivery vehicles
Construction equipment: In fuel systems for excavators, bulldozers, and generators
Marine industry: For fuel transfer on ships, boats, and offshore platforms
Agricultural machinery: In tractors, harvesters, and irrigation equipment
Transportation: In fuel systems for trucks, buses, and heavy-duty vehicles
Industrial facilities: For fuel transfer to boilers, furnaces, and power generators
Yes, our copper wire fuel hose features a continuous copper wire embedded in the reinforcement layer, providing effective static dissipation. This makes it safe for use in flammable fuel transfer applications where static electricity poses a significant hazard.
The NBR diesel hose is designed for transfer of gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, and other petroleum-based products. It is not suitable for use with alcohols, esters, or aromatic solvents. For these applications, we recommend our specialized chemical-resistant hoses.
The DOH150 industrial diesel hose has a maximum working pressure of 20 bar (300 psi) at 20°C. As temperature increases, the working pressure rating decreases accordingly.
Yes, our fuel delivery hose is suitable for both permanent and temporary installations. For permanent installations, we recommend using proper hose clamps and supports to prevent kinking and excessive stress on the hose connections.
